TARGET OF THE TRAINING
The participants should acquire skills for putting together an exercise program. Expanding the movement repertoire, with exercises that are suitable for versatile recreational use.
COMPETENCES
KNOWLEDGE
The training participant should have extensive methodological repertoire. The participant in the training should know several methods for holding an aerobic session and be able to apply them adequately. The participant should be process-oriented.
ATTITUDE
To be open and receptive to new things and new challengese, be innovative. Feel the need for continuous development and self-education.
ABILITY
An individual must be able to learn throughout his life. The individual should be able to critically evaluate himself (herself).

15. Warming up – attempts at practice management. With the help of an instructor, learning a movement exercise garland.
