CONDITIONS FOR STARTING THE TRAINING

Regular participation in individual or group fitness training

Medical certificate (occupational health medical opinion, on fitness to hold a professional position in sports)

Payment of the 1st installment or the full amount of the training fee by the specified deadline

Secondary school leaving certificate

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

The participants should acquire skills for putting together a training program. Expanding the movement repertoire, with exercises that are suitable for versatile recreational use.

LEARNING OUTCOMES, COMPETENCES

KNOWLEDGE

The participant in the training must have a wide methodological repertoire; The participant of the training should know several methods of keeping a training in the gym. The participant in the training must be able to use these methods properly. The participants in the training must be process-oriented.

ATTITUDE

To be open and receptive to new things and new challengese, be innovative. Feel the need for continuous development and self-education.

ABILITY

An individual must be able to learn throughout his life. The individual should be able to critically evaluate himself (herself).

PRACTICE, ATTENDANCE EDUCATION FROM THE 10. HOUR

Description of requirements. Accident protection education.
Warming up – attempts at practice management.
Conditional and coordination ability development.
Weight control and preparation of a meal plan.
Development and measurement of motor abilitys.
Application of stretching.
Functional training exercise.
Use of different equipment in the gym.
Circuit training.
Machines in the gym.
Use of unstable tools.
Employment by age group 1.
Employment by age group 2.
Workout in the gym.
Training management in the gym.
